The college offers placements in addition to career counselling and guidance and internship support to students on and off the campus. In addition to this, the placement cell actively organises pre-placement training like Parivarthana with association ofGhallagherMNC,Shimoga.Sessionssuch as career guidance, recruitment training, mock interviews, mock aptitude tests, etc., are trained and thus grooming studentstoconfidentlystepintothe corporate world.

A unique programme by name 'Parivarthana' has been started from the year 2017-18 in college campus. The activities of the programme is to search talented student to seek job at their under graduation level in IT, BT, BPO, KPO, Bank and Insurance Company or any other competitive filed. It gives tests at the campus for the final year students and short lists 35 students every year to select them as prospective employees in 'Ghallaghar' a premier insurance sector, which is sponsoring this unique programme every year. We are proud to say that, in year 2017-18 our college four students have selected and received selection letter and they would report for the duty after the completion of degree and more than half a dozen students were referred to the job at DXT (Exchanging), BPO and other industries situated at Machenahalli Industrial Area.
